Social media management for a med spa
Aesthetics is one of the few local categories where organic social genuinely sells. Prospects check the grid before booking, looking for evidence that the person holding the needle knows what she is doing.
The content that works is unglamorous. The injector explaining why she chose one product over another. Thirty seconds of the room being turned over between clients. A member walking through what her membership includes. Face to camera, captions on, three to five times a week across feed and stories.
What does not work is the reposted manufacturer graphic. Every clinic within ten miles is posting the same asset from the same brand toolkit.
Two rules specific to this business. Never post a client's face, treatment or result without written, treatment-specific consent on file, and never reply to a comment in a way that confirms someone is a client. Both are HIPAA problems, and both happen most often on Instagram.
Two weeks in, working means a cadence that does not depend on you remembering, a daily story sequence, and DMs answered within the hour instead of at closing.
