Appointment setting for a med spa
Cold calling in aesthetics is not calling consumers. It is calling businesses whose customers already spend on appearance, and building a referral and event pipeline out of them.
The list that works: salons and blowout bars, bridal shops, photographers, cosmetic dentists, trainers and gyms, plastic surgeons without an in-house aesthetics arm, and HR contacts at offices large enough to want a wellness event. The offer is not a discount. It is an event at your clinic, a treatment for the owner or the front desk so they can speak from experience, or a reciprocal referral with a tracked code.
The second use is filling a hole. If Tuesday afternoons are empty or a new device sits at 20% utilization, a week of outbound to a defined list fills it faster than any ad will.
The mistake is pitching the business instead of booking a meeting. The call is 40 seconds and the only goal is a time on the calendar. Two weeks in, working means a defined list, a call log you can read, and a handful of meetings booked with notes on each one.
