Email and SMS campaigns for a med spa
Your past client list is the most underused asset in an aesthetic practice, and the only channel where cost per booking is near zero. A clinic with 800 past clients and a thin March calendar usually has neither a segment nor a send schedule.
What works is a monthly email carrying one offer and one story, a text for time-sensitive openings, and a birthday message with a credit attached. Segment by what someone last had done and how long ago, because the reminder that lands arrives near the natural retreatment window. Neurotoxin at week ten to twelve, filler around month nine, a laser series at whatever interval the protocol calls for.
Two constraints. Do not name a treatment in an SMS, because a text saying it is time for your tox is a disclosure anyone glancing at a lock screen can read. And segment on your own records rather than uploading treatment data to an ad platform.
Two weeks in, working means the list is cleaned and segmented, a send calendar exists through the next quarter, and the first campaign has produced bookings you can trace back to it.
